Last days !!

It was around 1860 that the Bourdaloue tart was invented by a Parisian chef working Bourdaloue street in Paris.
Before chips of macaroons was placed in the cross on the pie to pay the homage to the father Bourdaloue, from whom the name of the street is taken.
