We are hiring a Baking Assistant
Full time (35 to 40 hours a week)
Shifts:
Tuesday to Thursday: 5am to 11am
Friday to Sunday: 4am to 10am
Responsibilities:
-
Baking viennoiseries (croissants, pains au chocolat, brioche…)

Preparing orders for B2B and customers
-
Preparing sandwiches
-
Baking quiches
-
Preparing almond croissants
-
Handling catering orders
-
Sweeping and washing dishes
-
Cleaning workstation
-
Doing inventory twice a week

Experience:
-
Bread baker experience: 1 year (Preferred)
-
Kitchen experience: 1 year (required)
-
Certificate: Food Protection certificate (Preferred)
