The bakers are mindful about choosing the best ingredients to bake their products.
A product range of Sourdough bread is prepared with only organic flours.
The other breads and pastries are prepared with regular all-purpose or bread flour, dry milk, sugar, cage free eggs and butter.
All ingredients are detailed for each bread in the menu.
All products are made in facility that uses tree nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. Select product can be made gluten-free, please inquire.
